Game Options Guide
This guide explains the in-game settings and what each option does.
Original Options
- Particle Effect: Enables or disables particles. Disabling can improve FPS when many characters are on screen.
- View: Sets maximum view distance.
- Shadows:
Enabledturns all shadows on.Smart Modetoggles shadows dynamically based on where you are and what you are doing. - Info Output: Shows or hides character names overhead.
- Status Output: Shows or hides HP and Chi bars.
- Skill Effect: Shows or hides skill effects.
- War Mode: Replaces character models with single draw-call characters.
- Brightness: Adjusts game brightness.
Advanced Options
- FPS Cap: Sets game FPS cap, including character, skill, and world-object animation rate.
60is recommended. Very high values can cause stutter on low-end hardware. - Glow Power: Controls glow effect strength.
- Filter Type: Color filters for content creation.
- 3D Text: Temporarily disabled.
- 3D Text Size: Temporarily disabled.
- Show Game Tag: Shows what game (TS1/TS2) a character belongs to.
- Show Damage: Shows damage numbers.
- Damage Size: Sets damage number size.
- Item Animation: Enables or disables dropped-item model animations.
- Main Thread Load: Forces main thread to load resources instantly. Can cause stutters on low-end hardware.
- Windows Notifications: Enables hourly event notifications in Windows (Windows 10+).

Graphics and Environment Controls
- Map Shadows: Enables/disables map mesh and object shadows.
- Character Shadows: Enables/disables avatar shadows.
- NPC Shadows: Enables/disables NPC shadows.
- Monster Shadows: Enables/disables monster shadows.
- Enchant Illumination: Enables/disables enchant-effect lighting.
- HDR: Enables/disables HDR color effects.
- Day/Night: Enables/disables day and night cycle.
- Weather System: Enables/disables weather in supported zones.
- Cursor Size: Adjusts mouse cursor size.
